River Ride

Come out to Kilmarnock, VA for the River Ride 2026. The route will take riders along winding wooded lanes, past farm fields in their autumn glory, and by historic towns, churches, and farms steeped in American history.

Routes range from a family-friendly 10 mile loop on quiet farm roads to more advanced routes of 17, 29, 40, and 65 miles. Rest stops along the way provide opportunities to pause, refresh, and enjoy the beauty of this unique part of Virginia. An interactive map powered by Ride With GPS will help riders discover historic sites, local businesses, and attractions along the routes that will make River Ride 2026 an unforgettable experience. After the ride, enjoy Kilmarnock’s Fall Festival at Town Centre Park, and then join us at Camp Irvington for the River Ride After Party from 6:00-8:00.

A portion of your entry fee will benefit the Northern Neck Bike Club, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2024, with the focus on building trails, mentoring youth, and empowering our community through cycling.
