Pedal for the Pig

Join the Peninsula Bicycling Association on their annual Spring ride, the Pedal for the Pig in Smithfield, VA. The ride begins at Windsor Castle Park and you are led out by a team of motorcycles and the traffic is controlled by law enforcement until you get out into the County. The scenery is amazing and the spring wind is challenging! All riders receive a custom printed dry wick t-shirt, catered lunch, SAG Support, bike tune up station at the start line, music and lots of fun. Bring a lounge chair and relax at the park after the ride.   There are 3 Routes that range from 32 to 62 miles on mostly flat roads with a few rollers.  The rides take place on quiet and lightly-traveled roads though Isle of Wight County.
