MTN Bike Events at Dominion Energy Riverrock

Dominion Energy Riverrock, is organized by Richmond, VA non-profits Sports Backers & Venture Richmond. The James River Park trails will give local mountain bikers and visiting riders alike a chance to test their skills! The rock gardens, short steep climbs, creek crossings, fast downhills, and twisty single-track trails are both technically challenging and physically demanding.

Kick off the weekend on a Friday evening ride, May 17 at 6:30 pm – MTB Time Trial as participants go off in 1 minute intervals and it’s you versus the clock, are you ready? Then the fund continues Saturday, with a MTN Enduro. Riders will complete stages at Dogwood Dell, Forest Hill Park, and Belle Isle for a total of 6-8 timed miles. The transition stages (the riding required to get from one stage to the next) are not timed and do not count toward standings. Pedal hard when it counts and take it easy on the in-betweens. You must start at Dogwood Dell and start any time between 10 AM-12 PM. However, you must complete each trail loop in the order of Dogwood Dell to Forest Hill Park to Belle Isle.

All racers must finish in the Belle Isle parking lot by 3 PM.
