Blazing Saddles Challenge

Get ready for the ultimate mountain bike test! The Blazing Saddles Challenge is a two-day endurance showdown where riders will take on the Wormhole 100K on Saturday, May 3rd, followed by the Counties of Bath & Alleghany Middle Mountain Momma on Sunday, May 4th. What better way to spend a May weekend than racing on some of the best backcountry trails Virginia has to offer!

How to Compete

To be eligible for the special custom award (given to everyone who completes both races), here’s what you need to do:

1. Register for both the Wormhole and Middle Mountain Momma on their respective BikeReg pages.
2. Sign up for the Blazing Saddles Challenge.

Awards & Recognition

Both a male and female champion will be crowned at Douthat State Park after the Middle Mountain Mama race.
