19th Annual Tidewater Winter Classic

The 17th Annual Tidewater Winter Classic is a USA Cycling sanctioned event (Permit #2025-10203) with a 9.5 mile course (GPS) which is a mostly flat loop with two significant climbs.  Collegiate fields are only open to full-time collegiate students with valid USAC Collegiate licenses and full-time high school students with valid USAC Junior licenses.  Day of registrations begin 30 minutes prior to each race.  One day licenses can be purchased online at USA Cycling.

Collegiate points will only be awarded to full time collegiate students with valid USAC Collegiate licenses and full time high school students with valid USAC Junior licenses. Jerseys and bibs for all such riders must feature school names and/or logo, or be generic blank kits; non-scholastic club and trade team kits are not permitted.

Staging for all races is at York River State Park, 9801 York River Park Rd., Williamsburg, VA 23188. Parking is $5.00.
