Virginia’s Blue Ridge mountains are calling you to experience there fall beauty. Each day will begin in  Roanoke, Virginia at the Liberty Trust, a premier boutique hotel, you’ll be sleeping in the shadow of Mill Mountain, your first climbing challenge and home to the world’s tallest freestanding illuminated star, built in 1949. You’ll bike to the overlook at the Star to take in the gorgeous valley views, then continue up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Roanoke Mountain. Foodies will adore Roanoke’s unique restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and craft breweries.

Additional rides will venture to the surrounding countryside in Botetourt and Bedford counties over rolling hills and into the towns charming. An optional midweek bucket-list hike to McAfee Knob on the Appalachian Trail will give you a break from the bike and majestic valley views highlighted by fall’s beautiful foliage.
