Let’s Roll Endurance Trial Event at Dominion Raceway

Come out for the first ever non-motorized event to be held on the 2.0 mile Dominion Raceway road course just outside of Thornburg, VA.  Test your endurance by biking, walking or running laps on this 30′ wide, asphalt track.  The track will be divided in half, by cones, to allow cyclists and runners/walkers to safely interact and share the track.

The road course will be open from 7am-7pm with check in and day of sign up opening at 6am. Complete one lap or set a personal best for 12 hours.  There will be “PIT ROW” set up as a rest stop where participants can find fluids, snacks, chairs, bike racks and even a massage table that are all included with your entrance fee.  All participants who are present at 1pm will be treated to lunch and several guest speakers.  These speakers will share stories from 9/11/2001 and explain the mission of the September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance.  Fundraising is encouraged and prizes will be awarded to the top three fundraisers.

Proceeds will go the September 11th Trail Alliance to continue its work developing a 1,300 mile trail connecting the Pentagon Memorial in Washington, DC to the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, PA to the National September 11th Memorial and Museum at Ground Zero in NYC.
