Grayson Gravel Pie Bikepacking Adventure

This ride begins in Abingdon, VA and ends in Pulaski, VA.  It is a four (4) day self-supported bikepacking trip. You should plan on carrying on your bike all the gear, supplies, food, and water needed to complete the entire trip. There are resupply opportunities on the route approximately every 20 miles. This is a traverse route meaning we start in one location and end in another. Vehicles will need to be staged in Pulaski to shuttle drivers back to Abingdon while others remain with bikes and gear. It is 80 miles by highway (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) to Abingdon. If we have enough vehicles to return both gear and bikes from Pulaski to Abingdon a round trip may not be required.

What’s included:

• A curated, vetted route with ample resupply opportunities
• RidewithGPS routes you can use to navigate on your phone or cycling computer and/or cue sheets with resupply opportunities and points of interest marked
• Guide riding with you and sweeping the day’s route to assist with any issues you may encounter and help keep you on route
