Grayson Grass and Gravel Ride

The Grayson County Old Time & Bluegrass Fiddlers’ Convention is a celebration of heritage music in America begins Friday June 27th. Music and memories are made in the breathtaking valley of Elk Creek, VA the last full weekend in June. Everything at the convention is cash only, so make sure to bring cash for the gate and cash for food afterwards.  The concession stand is pretty well done with burgers, hot dogs, typical cook out kind of stuff. The fiddler’s convention raises funds for the Elk Creek Volunteer Fire Department which does a ton for this local community.

Two gravel route options starting from the Grayson Fiddlers Convention. Come out and ride great gravel for 62 miles or 34 miles and stay for the fiddler’s convention. This is really low key, no course marking, no sag support, just a good reason to get out and ride some killer gravel roads with friends and listen to some fantastic bluegrass.  If you have questions regarding the course details, camping, payment etc. please reach out to me at autodropltd@gmail.com.
